Envisioning is about creating a business vision and defining the scope of work necessary to bring the vision to reality. The Envision phase is the most critical of any customer solution and is an excellent opportunity for our clients to leverage the knowledge, experience and best practices of our consultants to define or refine technology strategy or solution direction. Our structured and comprehensive methodology allows us to provide our customers detailed solution scope and objectives, technology strategy or recommendations, detailed risk/benefit analysis, clear understanding of an organizations technical and operational readiness for platform transformation, and even Return on Investment (ROI) or business justification for infrastructure consolidations.
Design
Design maps the envisioning elements to a solution architecture. Activities for this phase include: Solution and Platform Confirmation; Solution Design; Infrastructure Design; HW, SW, License Requirements
The objective of this phase is to define, document or develop a logical architecture or technology solution to meet our clients’ needs. By extending the initial discovery performed in the Envision phase, we derive all functional, technical, operational and business requirements and translate them into a logical solution. Concrete deliverables include such items as a functional specification, capacity or performance analysis, logical solution design, application prototype, or high level solution architecture.
Implement
The Implementation phase of an engagement is when the vision becomes a reality. Our team of consultants ensures through rigorous project management that the solution is delivered in a timely, consistent and cost effective manner. In a smaller engagement, the Build/Stabilize Phase is the implementation of a server farm or small web site. In larger engagements, the Build Phase can be complex deployment program that includes multiple project teams, locations and technologies. Our Project Managers are dedicated to cost control, scope management and extreme customer satisfaction.
